Welcome to the Graphic Raptor Forums. This is a private message board, originally created with the dual purpose of being a testbed for software packages and a meeting place for friends. The testing processes have, for the most part, concluded in the distant past. The community also drifted apart over a few years' time. Still, this site remains, and the forum remains as both a testament to that community, and a potential location for reunion. Should you wish to make your home here, you are of course welcome, but there are a few things to note:

Definitions:
- Adjudicator - Lead Administrator and Site Owner. The Adjudicator has full power over the message board and website.
- Guardian - Administrator with power over the message board and/or Discord only.
- Protector - Global Moderator. Protectors possess moderator power over the entire board and/or Discord, as well as limited abilities to edit profiles and ban members if necessary.
- Graphic Raptor Staff - The collective body of Adjudicators, Guardians, and Protectors. Colloquially referred to as "staff" or "the staff."

- © Graphic Raptor. All posts on this message board are considered to be owned by the member who created the post unless otherwise noted. By posting on this board you grant unlimited permission to Graphic Raptor to display the posted content as deemed appropriate by the the staff. Members in good standing may delete their own posts at any time, at which time Graphic Raptor relinquishes its rights to display the posted content. Note that posts which have been quoted may be kept intact, and posts which have been moved for security or disciplinary reasons will be kept indefinitely as evidence.

- As a privately-owned website and message board, Graphic Raptor reserves the right to revoke membership at any time, for any reason.

- Members who wish to donate may utilize the Patreon page or contact Raptor for more information.
- All donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Donations do not afford any tangible benefits, aside from a small badge added to the donating member's profile, a user role on the Discord server, and/or any benefits gained from a specific Patreon tier.
- Graphic Raptor is not responsible for any funds lost or stolen from any members of this board through any method other than direct cash payment to Raptor.

Notice of privacy:
- Graphic Raptor classifies itself as a private message board. As such, information contained within private areas will be released only at the request of the original poster, or by court order. All staff members will be expected to maintain the privacy of any such content, except with the express written consent of all parties involved or as required by court order.
- Graphic Raptor is not responsible for the profile information of any members, or the actual content of the posts. Unacceptable content that is reported will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis according to the forum rules and any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws..
